I vote it the #1 Most Failed Course on the Planet...

I was thinking...which happens to be the first thing I do in the morning when the alarm goes off... And I'm not going to mention WHAT I think...but that's another story. Now where was I? Dang it, my train of thought ran off the track...again. Hey,what can I say... it's the first thing in the mornin' and I haven't had my coffee yet. And that's not an 'excuse', it's called a 'reason'.

OK...now where was I...oh, TELEPATHY. "Telepathy is the subject that we're going to address today." Hey, do I sound like a 'teacher'? I'm not...but I figure through observation and unfortunately 'experience'...that telepathy is flunked by most in the early years. If 'experience' is the best teacher it is a subject they didn't teach at my school.

I can hear it now.

Question: What do you want me to do?
Response: If you don't know...I'm not going to tell you.

Now I figure that's going to lead to "Trouble" if he or she doesn't come up with the right answer...'cause I'm going to get a -zero on that one. I could elaborate on the 'subject'...but I won't.

I've concluded that 'telepathy' isn't the best form of communtication for Earthlings.
Talking is. It works the best for most people.

This song is a hoot. I love the translation 'cause without it ah wouldn't have a clue.

My way of 'grief management'...

If anyone wonders why I keep talking about my 'deceased' wife the way I do...then it's the way I handle my 'loss' and it makes ME feel better. I reach for every thought that makes it possible. Syl used to say that 'you have to cry it out'. Well...I do that too. Do I believe in miracles...?

My first introduction to miracles came to me from my parents. They told me about the happenings on January 13th, 1938. My 20 yr. old mother went into labor with me and my dad rushed her to University Hospital in Cleveland. She had a rough time of it. The Dr. told her there was a serious problem and I would have to be delivered Cesarean section. Also, because of the nature of the problem a choice had to be made. He could save my mom's life...or mine, and even then there were no guarantees. Stella (that's my mom's name) made a choice. She told the doctor to save me. She said she'd already experienced life and wanted me to have the same chance. Well...the delivery was made. I came squalling into this world at 1:38 AM on January 14th, and two weeks later than anticipated. The brat (that's me) survived...but the miracle was that my mom lived until 1980. Hmmm. What's a...serious side?

Once in awhile, I stop trying to develop my own 'character' (which is like trying to stop a flood with my bare hands), and work on developing 'fictional characters'. So I go to the my Mind Gym for a workout...it's fun there and a great way to exercise. Mental gymnastics? Dumbells included? Gosh, I'd be right at home. Anyhoo, I took a writing class awhile back (I can see 'disbelief' written all over your face), and worked with fantasy characters like: Mortimer P Snodgrass, the fly on the wall, etc. I won't elaborate 'cause Sylvia says once in awhile I can be a little 'over the top'. One day, I was sitting thinking (which I find is relaxing) and the idea struck me...."Why don't you try writing something 'different, dummy."
